Hi Javier
I play the Jazz At The Pawn Shop SACD ISO through Foobar. As you know it's just a matter of dragging the ISO into Foobar and it's all there ready to play.
Problem is that I normally use my Squeezebox system to distribute my music. For a while now a DSD player has been available as a plugin for Squeezebox but I can't work out how to get the tracks separated.
I have used Foobar to create FLAC files but these are 'only' 24/44100. They sound great but it would be nice to have the proper DSD files available.
Failing this it would be good to be able to be able to at least be able to control the FLAC maybe make them 24/192.
Are either of these two options possible?

Hi Syd, It can be easily done with this tool: dsd.sonore.us/iso2dsd_PC_v7.zipYou need to have Java runtime installed for it to work. If you want to keep track tags I'd recommend you use DSF as output format. There are other tools available but that one is the easiest one to use. BTW, it is possible to extract up t0 24/176 FLACs from those ISOs, the only thing you need to do is change SACD plugin to output 176.4 instead of 44.1 PCM.

Thanks Javier, the zip file worked fine. When I searched for something like this I kept getting articles on extracting the iso from the SACD.
The only obstacle to overcome now is that my SB Touch doesn't seem to have the right firmware. I'll keep looking for that one.
It never occurred to me that there would be adjustments within the plugin itself, I was trying to find something in the Quick Convert option. These files (24/176) are as good as I'll ever need, absolutely superb, but I enjoy getting odd addons to work!
