Looking forward to hearing these on Kameleon with the 1840 pads!

They're really good Jeremy; especially with the filter soldered in each cup.
I compared a straight senn hd650 with it today and tonally, they're quite close as well. The filter is well worth doing.

still improving on the Kameleon filter with a filtered and 1840 padded HE350. So far I am really impressed now but hope to squeeze out that final bit.

It's more impressive than I first thought now, Frans. Put it up against an hd650 without Kameleon. I was surprised.

I still wasn't entirely happy with the HE350 on Kameleon. Took me some time as I temporarily suffured from headphone-blandness* Changed the filter inside the headphone to the same version as in Rabbits headphone. Then changed the Kameleon filter to better suit the SRH1840 pads: Much better now. Still lacking in treble resolution. Squarewave reproduction also greatly improved. Left original, right modified on Kameleon Not as good as HD650 on Kameleon but only lacking in treble extension and ultimate 'finesse'.

Not bad now, is it? Crikey, it's a different headphone!
