**DIYAH regulars only please**Looking to raise some fund for a purchase so clearing the decks...first up: Trinity Audio Hyperion - £20 inc. UK delivery *sold to garyc*Bought these when they were on sale recently, but normally they retail for £35 a pair. Brand new & boxed (slight dings to a couple of corners though - see pics). Also supplied with a small sample bag of Trinity's Kombi tips. Really decent budget IEM and despite being tiny they are capable of putting out a surprisingly full and clean sound. Come in a very nice box with a good selection of tips, zipped carry case and a few other bits & bobs. Price includes UK delivery. Overseas shipping is an option but likely to increase the price above by around £3 to £5 depending on location. Spinfit Tips sample bag - £8.50 inc. UK delivery *sold to garyc*Includes 4 pairs of tips. XS, S, M & L I think. Probably doesn't make much sense to post these internationally due to the extra shipping costs involved. Trinity Audio Phantom Master - *traded w/ jkb89*

Hiya Joe,
Not 100% decided on selling them right now Joe, so just an interest check at this point but will hopefully make a decision within the next 24 hrs. Happy to give you first refusal on them if they do become available though & will of course arrange some pics for you too.
In the meantime Ian did a brief overview which might be of interest:

I think you should keep the Modi MB and check the interest for your Mojo ;-)

jkb89 Sorry Joe. I had tried to cancel an order for some tips shipping from Amazon Japan yesterday but was too late. They arrive on Tuesday so have decided to hold off making any decisions on the Master until then. Figure as they're coming I may as well try them to see if they solve my fit issues. Will let you know either way on Tues. Also took some pics: s1147.photobucket.com/user/jellofund53/library/Phantom%20Master--- tunke, I can live without the Modi M but no way I'm losing my Mojo tbh I really like the versatility of the Mojo is a lot & the kids also use it when they're on the PC. If I sold it then it would mean them using the Lyr 2 which is something I'm keen to avoid!! I also find it to be a very capable desktop DAC when feeding another amp, so don't think I'm losing much by ditching the Modi M aside from a little convenience. Plan on buying another when funds allow anyway so would purely be a stop gap measure.

I wonder whether there is any kind of tip that has a bigger front end so that it projects further out? That might fix it for you Mark. The Spinfits go out a little way, but even further ....

Would be handy Ian but I haven't come across anything aside from double flanges which don't fit well either. Probably just too long, so I think the answer with the Master is if you can't go long you go wide. The Spiral Dot ML is actually a really snug fit on the left ear but a little loose on my right, so maybe the L will plug the gap. Spinfits don't work quite so well but think it's because the silicone is perhaps a bit less grippy.

The Spiral Dots may be a little more bassy as well, from what I've read. So the barrel might need to compensate.

jkb89 Thanks for your patience Joe. New tips arrived and whilst better it still involves some faffing around to get a good seal with my right ear canal, so the Master is up for sale now. If still interested please let me know and I can get them on their way to you very shortly. Exact postage costs are £4.40 for 1st class recorded or £3.90 for 2nd class recorded. ---- Last call for the Spinfits & Hyperion before they go to the auction site.

@jello (where's the fund gone off your name?!) - Thank you for updating Mark, unfortunately I've had a couple of unexpected bills since the first post so I'm afraid I'll have to refrain for this month. Cheers for updating, shame you don't get on with them

I figured I could drop the 'fund' as we're all friends here now so don't need to be quite so formal. He's got no funds anymore!! I see what you did there

Mark, do you still have a pair of the Hyperions left? I'd also take the Spinfits if you still have them.
I've got new desk neighbours all running FPGA systems with tiny, whiny fans. I need some isolation!
Cheers, Gary
