Hi, I will be putting together a custom power supply for my Sunrise and was wondering if there is a Min/Max voltage range for operation aside from 24V.
Thanks!

The max voltage is 32V and is determined by the Recom R-78B6.5-1.0 regulator which has a max DC input of 32V

Another question. With the gain setting the manual says high output is 'fixed' at 20db (depending on tube). So does this mean that any resistor changes with the ampl module only affects low gain? That 'w/o AM' selection bypasses the module altogether to fixed on-board gain resistors?

Total gain will always be tube dependent. The attenuation module will always attenuate the tube's gain by the amount it is designed for. Changing the resistor values in the AM thus only changes the gain in AM mode only. In the w/o AM setting the resistor values do not matter as they aren't in the circuit, they are bypassed by a jumper.

One more thing: When biasing manually the voltage tends to skip around a lot - it'll jump forward a bit from say 11.53 to 11.8 to , then jump backwards to 11.4x (just examples), meanwhile I delicately turn the pot a little this way and that trying to catch up with it. Eventually it settles where I want it, but I'm curious if this is normal.
