Do you know of any alternative to Dekoni Nuggets easier to find in EU? And hopefully cheaper, even DIY ideas (double side tape and ...).

You could always use chunks of memory foam. I picked up a big piece at Walmart for dirt cheap and cut a strip for the headband on my Grados. Works great and still holding up quite well after a few years of use. It quite ugly looking on the other hand, I don't dare wear them out of the house

Yes, I thought about this solution. I'd prefer something covered with faux leather or the like. I also thought to cut some (oval) pad in chunks and fix them under the headband.

I have no idea where to buy them outside of Dekoni. Until now I did not even know about the nuggets at all. You can contact their sales division perhaps ?

This one too seems interesting as a cheaper alternative to Dekoni Nuggets.

Damn, that's a good find. I'll have to grab one myself. It should be pretty easy to attach it to my Grado with some double-side tape, and it won't be nearly as ugly as the yellow foam/white burn-netting I'm using now.
What headphone are you using this for anyways?

It's more on the stiff side, not very soft. I'll se if it soften with time. What headphone are you using this for anyways? 1more Triple Driver Over-ear
I have a Klingon-like shaved head and the headband rests only on a small area wich become painful with time.
