Thanks to you both. She's down here with me Dave. Further south in Selsey so she's about an hour and a half away. Just a waiting game at the moment.

Mick and Ian, losing a sib or parent is a special kind of sorrow. My thoughts are with you both.

Mick and Ian, losing a sib or parent is a special kind of sorrow. My thoughts are with you both. Not only that in my case, but 'happy families' is a bit of a joke to say the least!! I think it's perhaps worse for Mick with his poor Mother seeing her child go. Mick's going to have to be very tough for that. For me, I have a fragile Mother and she has been for a while, so your mind starts to adjust over time. I spent the day in hospital with her and some music when she was sleeping with the results of morphine and when she came to, she seemed a lot better!! Brighter in herself although she still has the irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure, thickened blood and the pain from severe arthritis. She has so much going on now, it's building up and since she had a minor stroke a few years back, everyone is aware of the dangers. I try to take my mind away from worrying by occupying myself with more positive things. I try to keep as positive as I can.

Hi Ian, In as much as it may help you to cope by 'talking' about things, I'm sure I'm not alone in saying we're always going to be around to 'bounce off' if we're needed or can help. Meanwhile, keeping positive is the way to go. Cheers, Dave.
