They're in new condition. Probably about 20 hours if that tbh.
I haven't used these ones for work. Only at home and actually, not that many hours on them.
I never keep boxes since I have so many headphones and storing boxes is a pain.

The DT1350 is 80 ohms. Other DT's depends on the model. I own the DT 1350's. Great when you need isolation. Beyer says 23dB. That might be about right with a good seal.

The Beyers are 250 ohms Joe.
Check Fran's blog. He's a master of description with graphs etc. I'm sure he's put information about both of my Beyers there as well as the K612. He currently has them in Holland for testing and designing filters for the Kameleon amp.
I heard the DT990 with a filter and it was extremely good. The filter I used wasn't quite right though since he designed it for the 600 ohm version. So Frans has mine in order to get the filter right for the 250 ohm headphone.
If you go for any of these, the Kameleon sets them on fire!!

If you go for any of these, the Kameleon sets them on fire!! Ian, first of all let me say that I am a great admirer of Frans. He has answered lots of dumb questions of mine with patience and grace. And it has always been my belief that he was a methodical, knowledgeable and skillful electronics engineer. So imagine my surprise and shock when I learnt that, in reality, he has been beavering away in Holland producing goods with such shoddy workmanship, that they will actually set your headphones on fire!!
He made me a filter for my Superlux 661's, but I am now afraid to put them on!
Surely this must contravene some European directive?? Is a "Product Recall" in order?? Why is he building amplifiers with inflammable parts?? It's all very worrying.

Must have been one hell of a four days at work Jeff, because me thinks you to be on fire as well. Enjoy the time off. This is first day of my week off and all I did was listen to music, buy a blu ray Eagles disc and download 3 albums. Plus ordered a tube and a USB cable. Stop me before I buy again!! Since this a Beyer thread, I also listened to my DT-1350's. Great sound with Schiit Fulla dongle and my laptop. Then I switched to my Ember. No wonder it's called that. My headphones lit up! But nothing else.

Maybe we should name the Kameleon the Firebird? The Beyer dt990 filter was rather nice, even with the massive bass mine had since I was using the 600 ohm filter, not the 250 ohm. It turns out that the 600 version has less bass than the 250 so the bass on mine took off!! Still extremely good though. My ears were burning with Beyers built for blistering bass to bash your ears with bombastic enjoyment and in my case, Beardfish. Beyers, the Big B.........
