Sorry Joe I haven't had to do one of those myself. For the work I did (Financial Services / business analysis / software testing) a lot of the interviews I did where more numeracy, computer based or situational e.g. how would you solve a given business problem or give an example of how you have done so in the past. Worst one I did was with Standard Life many years ago. Someone in Personnel had obviously decided psychological tests were a good idea. The entire interview literally consisted of questions like "what would you do if you caught a fellow employee stealing office supplies?" or "what would you do if you were in a room with a baby that had hurt itself with a hammer?" ("not be so ****ing stupid as to give a baby hammer in the first place" didn't seem to be the right answer). Felt like I'd entered the Twilight Zone and needless to say things went downhill pretty quickly. By the end of it I think we'd both quickly concluded that neither of us was a good match for one another!! I really hope that it goes well mate and that someone else can offer something more constructive
