Gees Frans those far east prices are insane, it'd cost you that for a decent sheet of FR4 alone. Alan

Yep that one will work.
You can also use 2 stereo PCB's when that turns out cheaper. One for each amplifier.

Yes,
Either connect just one channel or connect L and R of the board.

Just to let you know Frans, I have finally had the time to solder the new bass cone back into my AE1 loudspeaker So putting my speaker cables on the wrong way was an expensive mistake, about £50 to mend my amp and another £163 for the speaker cone. Still waiting on the speaker protection boards coming from China costing another £15. I have tested the amp and speaker and everything seems to be OK now. Thanks again for all of your help and advice helping me repair my gear, it is greatly appreciated. I now need to find some time to get back on track with the ESL loudspeaker repair - that might just take another year I am now hoping I can find a bit of spare cash for the Superlux HD662 Evo before I go on holiday, and just like Derek I also have two holidays abroad soon. For the price of the superlux's I may as well listen through some good sounding headphones in comfort - my in ears are OK but uncomfortable after a while. Also what's the score on the portable Kameleon? Do you still have boards that can be purchased? I feel like I might like to build myself one just for holidays

Good to hear everything is working O.K. again. yes, boards are still available. PM me Frans and we can get a price sorted on a board + pp. I have been having a little look at the Kameleon 2 PDF file and I must say this is going to be a challenge for me, I have never soldered SMD parts before Just one simple question though, why use a 6.3 headphone socket when most portable gear and headphones use 3.5 jacks? Can a 3.5 headphone socket be used instead? I am going to go over the parts list to see if I have some of the parts already - caps, resistors etc Because I intend to use it with the Superlux's and possibly the Philips it should not need a filter board should it? Also when I get chance I will have to read the thread on this beauty. Cheers Chris
