The DC jacks on both my P1 amps are starting to crap out, the slightest movement and the relay starts clicking like crazy as the power cuts in/out - which can't be good. I would like to replace the connectors with something other than the standard barrel connectors that are currently installed - mostly for a more secure connection. Since I have 2 amps and only 1 power supply hardwiring isn't an option. I had a quick look at DIN type connectors but not sure if they're OK for power - the ones I found are only good for 20VDC @ 2A. Any other possibilities I should look at?

There are 'higher quality' barrel plugs available that have a longer lifespan and make better contact. These may not be 1:1 replacements and could have a different footpint.
You could mount a short wire to the PCB and use a different connector. Mini XLR comes to mind but DIN connectors will work well too.
I would recommend to connect the amp to the power supply before you plug in the mains or switch on the amp. In that case the 2A and 20V rating is not a problem at all. I have used DIN connectors with voltages up to 60V and never had any problems.
