Check this seller's recent feedback - not good.

Hi Fred,
Welcome to the forum.
It is basically a Bravo/indeed/etc. (with all its distortion and longevity problems) with a simple DAC installed on the same PCB.
I would recommend a higher quality amplifier + separate small USB DAC. Plenty of those out there.
The specifications are the same 'lies' as from the Bravo/Indeed thingies. The output resistance is 47 Ohm which may be a proplem with some portable headphones (not with HD650 although the HD650 is best driven from a low output resistance amplifier)
The funny remark 'only for professionals' made me chuckle... no professional would ever buy this.

Thanks for the replies. Could you advise me on a separate DAC and Amp? Do you think the AUNE T1 is better alternative? Thnx Fred

yes, but the tube does not do anything in 'amplifier' mode. It only seems to be a 'buffer stage' for the DAC part which is a missed opportunity in my book. Also the choice of tubes is 'limited'
So if you also want a tube in the amplifier section you need to look elsewhere.
A cheap alternative that uses a tube in the amp part 'combo' could be the Schiit Vali + Modi but the Vali amp does have its 'problems' such as no inter changeable tubes (so no swapping) micrphonic tube and high noise level that my be audible with some headphones.
Could also consider Project Starlight + Modi DAC or Starlight + small USB DAC. There are plenty 'good' USB DAC's around on fleabay and elsewhere.
I would stay clear of the many 'Indeed/bravo' Chinese tube amps. They do work but after a few years develop problems and most have some crosstalk/distortion issues due to the cheap design.
